The right size is crucial for comfort – your booty should feel good, all day long. Our underwear is super stretchy and adapts perfectly to your body.

Between two sizes? Choose the smaller size for a tighter fit, or the larger size for more comfort.

Exchange & Return:
You can return unworn items within 30 days of receipt. The important thing is: the products must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of worn underwear or shapewear.

Here's how it works: Send us a short email to hola@sinverguenza.de with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send you all the information you need for the return shipment.

As soon as your return shipment has been received and checked by us, we will refund the amount via your original payment method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding.

We will process your order as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days.

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-4 business days , depending on the region and shipping provider.

Important: On launch days or during high demand, it may take a little longer – but don't worry, we'll do everything we can to get your order to you quickly.

To keep your Sinverguenza products looking beautiful and fitting perfectly for a long time, you should treat them with a little love:

• You can wash our products in the washing machine at up to 40°C.
• Use a mild detergent – please no bleach or fabric softener.
• Do not put in the dryer – best to let it air dry.

This keeps the material elastic, shape-retaining and comfortable – even after many washes.
