Return:
You can return unworn items within 30 days of receipt. The important thing is: the products must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of worn underwear or shapewear.

Care

Machine wash at max. 40°C on a gentle cycle. Please do not use a dryer. For extra long-lasting enjoyment, we recommend a laundry bag and a mild liquid detergent – without alcohol or pods.

Jede Sin Vergüenza Panty beginnt mit der Auswahl eines ultraweichen, elastischen Mikrofasergewebes, das wie eine zweite Haut sitzt. Das Material wird in mehreren Qualitätsstufen geprüft: Dehnbarkeit, Rücksprungkraft, Hautgefühl, Atmungsaktivität und vor allem die Fähigkeit, sich unsichtbar unter jeder Kleidung zu verhalten.

Der Bund ist so konstruiert, dass er Halt gibt, ohne einzuengen, während die Formführung deiner natürlichen Silhouette schmeichelt. Die Stoffstruktur sorgt dafür, dass die Panty beim Bewegen nicht verrutscht und selbst bei längerem Tragen bequem bleibt.

Between two sizes? Choose the smaller size for a tighter fit, or the larger size for more comfort.

Can I return my order?

Exchange & Return:
You can return unworn items within 14 days of receipt. The important thing is: The products must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of worn underwear or shapewear.

Here's how it works: Send us a short email to hola@sinverguenza.de with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send you all the information you need for the return shipment.

As soon as your return shipment has been received and checked by us, we will refund the amount via your original payment method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding.

How long does shipping take?

We will process your order as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days.

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-4 business days , depending on the region and shipping provider.

Important: On launch days or during high demand, it may take a little longer – but don't worry, we'll do everything we can to get your order to you quickly.

How do I properly care for your products?

To keep your Sinverguenza products looking beautiful and fitting perfectly for a long time, you should treat them with a little love:

  • You can wash our products in the washing machine at up to 40°C.
  • Use a mild detergent – please no bleach or fabric softener.
  • Do not put in the dryer – best to let it air dry.

This keeps the material elastic, shape-retaining and comfortable – even after many washes.
