Delivery:
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. For a limited time only, we are offering free shipping within Germany. Shipping to other EU countries costs €7.90 and to Switzerland €12.90. Delivery time is usually 3–5 business days.

Return:
You can return unworn items within 30 days of receipt. The only important thing is that the products must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of worn underwear or shapewear.

Every Sin Vergüenza panty begins with the selection of an ultra-soft, elastic microfiber fabric that fits like a second skin. The material undergoes several quality tests: stretch, recovery, feel against the skin, breathability, and above all, its ability to remain invisible under any clothing, without leaving marks or constricting.

Once the material passes inspection, the meticulous handwork begins. Experienced seamstresses cut each panty with millimeter precision and finish the edges so they lie perfectly flat against the skin. Instead of harsh seams, modern bonding and laser techniques are used, ensuring your panty remains invisible even under the tightest outfits.

The waistband is designed to provide support without constricting, while the shaping flatters your natural silhouette. The fabric structure ensures that the panties stay in place during movement and remain comfortable even when worn for extended periods.

Before each pair of panties is packaged, it undergoes a strict quality control check: Does it remain invisible? Does it not dig in? Does it retain its elasticity even after many washes? Does everything fit smoothly?

Most strapless or seamless panties feel comfortable at first, but after a few hours they dig in, roll down, or show through clothing. Our panties were designed precisely for these everyday situations: they stay soft and invisible.

What size do I need?

The right size is crucial for comfort – your booty should feel good, all day long. Our underwear is super stretchy and adapts perfectly to your body.

You can find our size recommendation in our Size Guide .

Between two sizes? Choose the smaller size for a tighter fit, or the larger size for more comfort.

Can I return my order?

Exchange & Return:
You can return unworn items within 14 days of receipt. The important thing is: The products must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of worn underwear or shapewear.

Here's how it works: Send us a short email to hola@sinverguenza.de with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send you all the information you need for the return shipment.

As soon as your return shipment has been received and checked by us, we will refund the amount via your original payment method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding.

How long does shipping take?

We will process your order as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days.

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-4 business days , depending on the region and shipping provider.

Important: On launch days or during high demand, it may take a little longer – but don't worry, we'll do everything we can to get your order to you quickly.

How do I properly care for your products?

To keep your Sinverguenza products looking beautiful and fitting perfectly for a long time, you should treat them with a little love:

  • You can wash our products in the washing machine at up to 40°C.
  • Use a mild detergent – please no bleach or fabric softener.
  • Do not put in the dryer – best to let it air dry.

This keeps the material elastic, shape-retaining and comfortable – even after many washes.
